Refund policy
We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags attached and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We will not accept a return if the item has stains or perfume smell, has been clearly worn and has tags removed. You will be refunded in the form of a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.
We do not accept exchanges, if you need another size you will need to submit a new order. We do not accept returns of certain final sale items as noted below.
Return requests MUST be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for store credit.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may be declined.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Please allow Lilo & Rue 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- We will email you after the return has been processed to confirm it has been done.
